Terms of Service

1. The service
Unispec provides memory and retrieval APIs (Memory, Vector Database, Knowledge, Agents) and a management console. By creating an account or using an API key you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to content you store. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and serve it back to you (including sending the necessary text to our model providers to fulfil your requests). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for how your agents are used.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content or use, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or probe other customers' data, no abuse of rate limits, and no use of agent tools to attack third parties. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other tenants.
4. Plans, quotas & billing
Usage is metered per plan; hard caps and metered overage are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. We may change prices with notice ahead of your next billing cycle.
5. Availability & support
The service is provided "as is" without a formal SLA on self-serve plans. We take durability seriously (daily backups, 7-day retention) but you should keep exports of business-critical data. AI-generated answers can be wrong; review before relying on them.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the console or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
