What Unispec is

Unispec ("we") provides a memory and retrieval platform — Memory, Vector Database, Knowledge, and Agents APIs — at libra.rivastudio.ai. This policy explains what we store and why when you use the console or the APIs.

Data you send us

Content: memories, vectors, documents, and agent configuration you submit through the APIs are stored in our database so we can serve them back to you. They belong to your project and are never shared across tenants or sold.

Account data: when you sign in we store your name, email, and workspace membership (authentication is handled by Google Firebase). API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes; we cannot recover a lost key. Tool credentials you save as project secrets are envelope-encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never returned by the API.

How content is processed

Fact extraction, embeddings, and agent responses are computed by our processing engine. Language-model calls are routed to model providers via OpenRouter; the text needed to fulfil a request (e.g. a memory to extract, a question to answer) is sent to those providers for processing and is subject to their terms. Embeddings are computed locally on our infrastructure.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your plan, usage counters, and a Stripe customer reference — never card numbers.

Operational data

We keep request logs (operation type, latency, entity identifiers you supplied) and per-turn agent traces to operate the service, enforce plan limits, and let you debug. Backups of the database are retained for 7 days.

Your controls

You can delete memories individually or in bulk, delete documents, indexes, knowledge bases, agents, and API keys at any time through the API or console; deletions are immediate in the live database and age out of backups within the retention window. You can export your memories. To delete your account entirely, contact us.
